Chocolate Glaze
from the kitchen of Mom


2 oz. unsweetened (baker's) chocolate
2 tbs. butter
4 tbs. hot water
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar


In double boiler melt unsweetened chocolate, butter and hot water. Remove from heat and stir in confectioners sugar.

This is used as frosting for brownies and chocolate eclairs. It also makes an excellent dip for fruit.
