Aunt Jean's Noodle Casserole
from the kitchen of Aunt Jean


2 lb hamburger
1 small onion
2 tsp salt
1 lb egg noodles, medium (cooked)
2 cans tomato soup (std size)
1 8-oz can tomato sauce


  1. Brown hamburger, onions & salt in a frying pan.
  2. Stir noodles, meat, and tomato soup & sauce together.
  3. Place mixture in a 2-1/2 qt. casserole dish
  4. Bake for 45 minutes @ 325F.
