Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rice krispies
1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in nuts and rice krispies.
- Drop from spoon.
- Flatten with fork.
- Bake on ungreased pan about 12 minutes at 350°F.
Comments
- This recipe makes 56 2-inch diameter cookies when using the Pampered Chef small scoop (1 tbs).
- You can place 24 per cookie sheet -- 6 rows of 4 -- space about 2-1/2 to 3 inches apart. However, you'll be stuck doing a 3rd sheet anyway, so you only need to aim for 20 per sheet.
